About The Position
Welcome to Carolina Ale House. LM Restaurants is an award-winning family-owned restaurant company focused on nourishing our people, community, and our world. Our Prep Cooks prepare our house-made sauces and ensure that our fresh ingredients are properly portioned and ready to use. This team is responsible for execution of our high product standards and reports any kitchen operation opportunities to the management team.
