Requirements
- Previous experience in food prep, inventory, delivery, or stocking preferred
- Knowledgeable in proper food handling & storage
- Attention to detail
- Calm and respectable demeanor
- Solution-oriented perspective
- Valid Food Handlers Card required
Responsibilities
- Work with the prep cook team, conducting food prep for the next delivery
- Basic prep, cleaning, and dishwashing
- Working as a team to ensure consistent and timely picking and packing of all commissary food orders with 100% accuracy
- Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations by always practicing safe and sanitary food handling
