About The Position

This position is non-exempt. The role involves handling customer orders and payments, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking supplies, and potentially performing front-of-house functions. The work environment can be hectic and fast-paced, with exposure to various temperatures for long hours. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Associates degree, high school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to count, add, subtract, divide and organize
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cashier experience a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle customer’s payment, provide accurate change and receipt.
• Count currency in drawer and maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Ensure there exists a correlation between cash owed and actual amount paid by clients.
• Assist to resolve currency shortage or overage problems.
• Assist in compiling cash and other financial reports at the end of the shift/day.
• Maintain store cleanliness according to industry standards.
• Package orders and present them to client, provide receipt.
• Stock the store with all required supplies including but not limited to condiments, napkins, straws, bags.
