About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is opening a new location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026 and is seeking enthusiastic Prep Cooks to establish a high-quality kitchen operation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with fresh ingredients, supporting a team, and developing skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients and maintaining organized, ready-to-go stations
• Supporting the kitchen team across prep, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
• Ensuring all food is handled safely and workstations remain clean and organized
• Collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
