Prep Cooks follow recipes to prepare and portion menu items in Maggiano’s scratch kitchen. The kitchen team works in a fast-paced environment and is expected to deliver food with professionalism, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Team members help prepare for everyday service as well as special events, including weddings and other celebrations.
