About The Position

At Pasta & Company, the Production Cook works with the kitchen lead to deliver outstanding food quality, with a focus on teamwork. This role is responsible for executing the seasonal menu and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. This is a full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $21.30, plus an expected average of $7-$9 per hour in tips, resulting in an average total hourly rate of $28.30-$30.30.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in restaurant or deli as a production cook
  • Experience with filling out daily production list
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize duties
  • Must obtain Food Handler Card
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all Team Members and Management in a professional, positive manner
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
