About The Position
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our Merrimack Team. This position offers the advantage of being out by 3:00 PM every day, with no night shifts, full-time consistent hours, a set weekly schedule, and weekends off. Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and batching recipes
- Follow recipes and preparation standards consistently
- Label, date, and store food properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- Support the kitchen team with prep needs throughout the shift
