About The Position
Jim 'N Nick's is opening a new restaurant in High Point, NC and is looking for a Prep Cook to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing ingredients, sauces, and sides according to exact recipes and specifications. The Prep Cook will also be responsible for labeling, dating, and rotating products, maintaining a spotless work area, and setting up the line before opening. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where scratch cooking is a key focus.

Responsibilities
- Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs.
