About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to recipes and assigned prep work, stocking and setting up stations, and following safety and sanitation procedures. Team Members also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
