• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Working with our Culinary team to ensure consistent high quality food and customer service is delivered.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of cold food items for the line, pantry and/or production area of the main kitchen.
• Assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining proper pars of production level estimates.
• Ensuring leftovers are used and properly stored.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of refrigerators and work areas.
• Ensuring proper food rotation.
• Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of buffets.
• Correctly filling out production charts.
