The schedule is Saturday - Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of kitchen language
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Execute daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, weighing, mixing, and cooking according to standardized set recipes and quality standards.
Support the Central Kitchen Manager with kitchen operations, workflow, and daily production priorities.
Oversee proper labeling, dating, storage, and rotation of food products in accordance with food safety requirements.
Set up, operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations to support an efficient production environment.
Assist with training and supporting other kitchen team members as needed.
