About The Position
The Prep Cook/Dishwasher role supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available for service. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
