About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time cooks to start immediately. This role involves learning transferable skills, growing with the company, making friends, and earning tips. The position offers a guaranteed minimum of $18/hr, with most earning $18-$23/hr. Full-time employees receive health and dental benefits, while all employees receive PTO, sick leave, and retirement benefits. The company also offers flexible schedules, free pizza, and a $250 referral bonus. The job involves hand-stretching dough, topping and baking pizzas, keeping the work area clean and stocked, completing shift checklists, and assisting in keeping the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly. No experience is required, but previous line cook, dough-stretching, or pizza-making experience is a plus. Requirements

Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments
Must be 18+ years old to apply
