EasyCare is actively recruiting experienced Preowned Vehicle Managers on behalf of our high performing dealer partners in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future leadership openings within our dealer network. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a retail automotive dealership
- Strong understanding of appraisal tools and market-based pricing strategies
- Hands on leadership style with a willingness to work the desk and support the team
- High level of accountability with a strong work ethic
- Team oriented mindset with the ability to influence and develop others
- Proficiency in CRM and DMS platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in inventory and deal structure
Responsibilities
- Drive used vehicle sales, gross, and inventory turn
- Manage and execute a disciplined appraisal and acquisition strategy
- Oversee pricing, merchandising, and aging policies to maximize profitability
- Work closely with Sales and F&I leadership to improve total dealership performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve used vehicle conversion and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of CRM processes and follow up strategies
- Maintain strong control over inventory mix, reconditioning timelines, and market competitiveness
