Your responsibilities will include managing a team of automotive sales consultants and used vehicle inventory, structuring car deals, and ensuring our lot is clean and welcoming. Requirements

  • A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • At least two years of automotive sales management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential to foster relationships and enhance the sales process
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of automotive retailing, including inventory control, to effectively manage stock and meet customer needs
  • Strong computer and phone skills, particularly in Internet navigation, MS Outlook, and CRM tools, are vital for streamlining operations
  • A professional appearance coupled with a strong work ethic will set you apart in our fast-paced environment
  • Being self-motivated and goal-oriented will help you thrive
  • A valid driver’s license and state sales license are also necessary to ensure compliance and professionalism in your role
