Preowned/Used Car Sales Manager
About The Position
EasyCare is actively recruiting experienced Preowned Vehicle Managers on behalf of our high performing dealer partners in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future leadership openings within our dealer network. This is an opportunity to step into a results driven store that values strong leadership, disciplined inventory management, and a culture focused on performance and accountability. EasyCare is managing the initial recruiting and screening process for these opportunities. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a retail automotive dealership
- Strong understanding of appraisal tools and market -based pricing strategies
- Hands on leadership style with a willingness to work the desk and support the team
- High level of accountability with a strong work ethic
- Team oriented mindset with the ability to influence and develop others
- Proficiency in CRM and DMS platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in inventory and deal structure
Responsibilities
- Drive used vehicle sales, gross, and inventory turn
- Manage and execute a disciplined appraisal and acquisition strategy
- Oversee pricing, merchandising, and aging policies to maximize profitability
- Work closely with Sales and F&I leadership to improve total dealership performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve used vehicle conversion and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of CRM processes and follow up strategies
- Maintain strong control over inventory mix, reconditioning timelines, and market competitiveness
