About The Position

We are looking for a Preowned Sales Consultant that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment to sell new vehicles at dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and guest satisfaction. Our Sales Consultants get to work with an amazing team and by working for Longo Toyota; they are surrounded by only the best. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and negotiating sales.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices and terms of sale effectively.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of vehicles and their features
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Culture: Strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe, driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities generated from referrals and guest inquiries
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our guests
• Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, and in person appointments

• Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management
