Requirements

Ability to follow written instructions, batch cards, and work procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality control
A safety-first mindset and consistent PPE use
Basic computer and math skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently under general supervision

Responsibilities

Prepare and run assigned batch cards, reviewing daily production schedules for efficiency and accuracy
Gather and verify raw materials to ensure alignment with batch card specifications
Safely operate pre-mix equipment by loading materials and monitoring machine performance
Deliver completed pre-mix material to Extruder, C-Line, or FCM departments as required
Clean and sanitize pre-mix machines, cones, and work areas after each batch
Perform deep cleans between color or product changes to prevent contamination
Inspect equipment and workspaces for cleanliness and readiness
Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and tracking documentation
Follow all safety procedures and participate in housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts
