About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering a legendary food & beverage experience by monitoring chef table buffets and serving guests as needed. The position involves delivering food to dining areas, replenishing chef tables, greeting and serving guests, and adhering to sanitation and safety principles. The attendant will interact with customers and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company service standards, and will complete assigned side work.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver food to restaurant/dining areas
• Ability to monitor chef tables and replenish as needed
• Ability to greet and serve guests
• Knowledge of principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Ability to interact with customers to assure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to complete side work as assigned.
