Premium Seating Game Night Assistant

About The Position
This is a part-time, seasonal position to last through the regular NBA season and any potential playoffs. Expected availability is for all Timberwolves home games. In this job, you would be working alongside our Premium team to deliver best-in-class service for our Premium members.
Requirements
- Provide world-class customer service to premium guests and staff.
- Work directly with Target Center building and Levy staff.
- Ability to handle guest needs and questions efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job, and work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work well on a team and independently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down Premium, Club and Season Ticket Holder spaces.
- Monitor entrances of club and member spaces throughout game.
- Greet and check-in guests in premium spaces.
- Assist with Fan Experiences and pre and postgame.
- Interact with fans and field questions.
- Create gift bags and make in-seat visits.
- Assist with the execution of prospect and member events.
- Work all Timberwolves home games.
- Occasionally assist with membership events.
