About The Position

The Premium Ops Team Member supports the Premium Team Manager with all responsibilities to ensure a smooth and elevated experience for premium guests. This hands-on role involves physical setup, maintenance, and communication duties, and requires working outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift a minimum 25lbs.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
  • Possess a working knowledge of multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in event operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Premium Team Manager with operations and logistics, keeping clear lines of communication throughout.
  • Power wash, blow, clean, and maintain the appearance and functionality of Premium Club (Backyard) and box areas.
  • Clean and maintain tables, chairs, umbrellas, and other venue furnishings as needed.
  • Some painting and staining will be required.
  • Prepare all Premium areas to be guest-ready, consistently meeting cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Set up and prepare the Backyard to be show-ready, ensuring all spaces are visually appealing and functional. This could include power washing, blowing, and cleaning.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high venue standards.
  • Perform physical duties including lifting (a minimum of 25 lbs), cleaning, and working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Maintain the working order of all facilities in the Premium areas, club and Premium seat boxes.
  • Assist in set up days prior to a show to ensure Premium spaces are show ready.
  • Report to the venue on non-show days to support general upkeep and preparation.
  • Ensure the Backyard and Premium Areas remain fully operational, well-maintained, and in excellent working order.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Premium Team Manager
