About The Position

Join Levy’s culinary team as a Premium Clubs & Suites Cook! This position helps create an elevated food experience for guests in our premium clubs and suites. You’ll work alongside the culinary team to prepare fresh, high-quality menu items while maintaining Levy standards for taste, presentation, safety, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous culinary, restaurant, catering, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets, and instructions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Flexible availability for events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required food-safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, production needs, and Levy standards.
• Support food preparation for premium clubs, suites, and special events.
• Maintain quality, freshness, portioning, and presentation throughout service.
• Set up and maintain assigned cooking and prep stations.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow proper holding, cooling, and storage procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to maintain event readiness.
• Follow proper labeling, dating, rotation, and waste procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate product or equipment needs with culinary leadership.
• Assist with event setup, service, cleanup, and breakdown.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary and Premium teams to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
