About The Position

The Premium Club Cashier/Host is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting Detroit Lions Loyalty Members with redeeming their game day food and beverage benefits. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members utilizing their redemption benefit, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and with a hospitality-first approach. Team members will maintain a welcoming atmosphere while supporting Levy's commitment to delivering an outstanding fan experience at Ford Field.

Requirements

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced game day environment.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a cashier or host role.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs or benefit redemption.
• Knowledge of food safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Detroit Lions Loyalty Members with redeeming eligible food and beverage benefits.
• Process redemption transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Verify member eligibility and follow established redemption procedures.
• Answer guest questions regarding the Lions Loyalty food and beverage program.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in a fast-paced game day environment.
• Maintain accuracy while handling high transaction volumes.
• Escalate guest concerns or issues to a supervisor when appropriate.
• Keep the redemption station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the event.
• Adhere to all food safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
