This role is phone‑heavy and customer‑facing, focused on assisting members with billing questions, payments, account research, and resolution of routine inquiries. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, comfort navigating multiple systems, and a desire to grow within the organization. This role requires being available on the phones most of the day and delivering consistent, high‑quality service while handling a high volume of inbound calls - especially during Open Enrollment.
