About The Position

Join us at Beaver Street Food Co. as a Bartender and be a part of something special! We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our crew at Oregon State University. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work behind our bars during Football games (with potential for additional shifts at additional catering events).

Requirements

• Ability to obtain OLCC and Food Handler card, if not already obtained.
• Availability to work during home Football games.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in bartending is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and verify customer ages.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
