The Premium Supervisor will be a dependable and hardworking hospitality professional with experience supporting high-volume food service and event operations. Skilled in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, washing and organizing equipment, managing inventory, receiving and distributing supplies, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, follow safety and food handling procedures, and collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.   • Skilled in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, washing and organizing equipment, managing inventory, receiving and distributing supplies, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, follow safety and food handling procedures, and collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Committed to maintaining an organized, safe, and productive workplace while providing reliable support for daily and event-driven operations.
  • Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina/agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operate dish machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and other cleaning equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet, catering, and event operations.
  • Transport supplies, equipment, and inventory between kitchen and storage areas.
  • Support culinary and concession teams to maintain efficient event operations.
  • Follow all company, state, and local sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
