Requirements
- Must reside in the advertised geographic area
- Minimum typing level required: 40-60 WPM
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to think independently
Nice To Haves
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite audits by scheduling appointments with policyholders.
- Review payroll, sales journals, cost records, etc.
- Verify class codes based on business operations.
