About The Position

Davies Risk Services is seeking Premium Auditors, with no prior experience required, as a comprehensive training program is provided. For over 30 years, Davies has been a leader in premium audit and loss control services, fostering a culture that values connection, dynamism, innovation, and collective success. This role offers significant flexibility and freedom, allowing auditors to set their own schedules between 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., choose their workload, and develop their business on their own terms. Compensation is based on a 'Pay Per Audit' model, directly linking earnings to output. The position involves field-based work, where auditors will meet with policyholders onsite to review records and verify business operations, ensuring no two days are the same.

Requirements

• Must reside in the advertised geographic area
• Minimum typing level required: 40-60 WPM
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to think independently

Nice To Haves

• Bookkeeping experience

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments with policyholders
• Reviewing payroll, sales journals, cost records, etc.
• Verifying class codes based on business operations
