About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking Premium Auditors. This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy independence, working with numbers, and meeting new people. No prior experience is required, as a comprehensive training program is provided. For over 30 years, Davies has been a leader in premium audit and loss control services, fostering a culture built on connection, dynamism, innovation, and collective success. The position offers significant flexibility and freedom, allowing auditors to set their own schedules between 7 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., manage their workload, and grow their business on their own terms. Compensation is on a pay-per-audit basis, directly linking earnings to output. The work is field-based, involving onsite meetings with policyholders to review records and verify operations, ensuring no two days are the same.
Requirements
- Must reside in the advertised geographic area
- Minimum typing level required: 40-60 WPM
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to think independently
Nice To Haves
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments with policyholders
- Reviewing payroll, sales journals, cost records, etc.
- Verifying class codes based on business operations
