Our auditors come from various backgrounds - bookkeeping, restaurant service, bartenders, stay-at-home parents and more. Regardless of your experience, our comprehensive training program will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this exciting opportunity. Requirements
- Must reside in the advertised geographic area
- Minimum typing level required: 40-60 WPM
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to think independently
Nice To Haves
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite audits by scheduling appointments with policyholders
- Reviewing payroll, sales journals, cost records, etc.
- Verifying class codes based on business operations
