About The Position

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with a foundation in accounting or payroll to join their team as a Premium Auditor I/II. This is a predominantly field role with 75% of time spent in policyholder meetings and at places of business. Requirements

1+ years’ auditing, payroll, accounting or business experience required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) to prepare documents, organize and analyze information, create presentations, and communicate professionally.
A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, motor vehicle insurance, and use of personal vehicle is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter, premium audit, or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage the assigned field territory, including scheduling and conducting onsite visits and reviewing payroll and financial records.
Communicate with policyholders and agents about scheduling, entrance and exit interviews, audit findings, and results.
Complete audits accurately and on time while meeting team production expectations.
