About The Position

Are you looking for real-world experience right now? If so, we have an internship for you! Our Premium Audit team plays a vital role in supporting commercial insurance operations and ensuring compliance and accuracy in policy processing. We’re seeking motivated interns to join us in Manhattan, Kansas, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in premium audit functions and learn the ins and outs of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance. As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry, organization, and culture. Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 approach: 80% of your time will be spent performing meaningful work and project-based assignments within your department. 10% of your time will be dedicated to learning from and networking with employees in other areas of the organization. 10% of your time will be spent participating in shared internship experiences that provide insight into our culture, leadership, and business operations.

Requirements

  • Must be a current student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in commercial insurance, underwriting, or premium auditing.
  • Must be able to live out our corporate values of integrity, service, leadership, accountability, teamwork and passion.
  • Must be seeking an internship opportunity from Spring 2027 through Fall/Winter 2027, with availability to work 15–20 hours per week during the academic year and 38.75 hours per week during the summer.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
  • We are not able to sponsor now or in the future, or take over sponsorship of, an employment visa or work authorization for this role.
  • For example, we are not considering candidates with OPT status.
