About The Position

The Premium Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our premium seating areas. With a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork, the Premium Attendant ensures that food and beverage areas are well-maintained and that guests receive courteous, personalized service throughout the event. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a food & beverage or customer service role.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Must have availability to work an event-driven schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the setting up of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order.
  • Ensuring all assigned suites are set prior to the event based upon communication received of orders.
  • Organization and preparation of events in assigned locations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining food quality.
  • Following all company policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Adhering to all safe alcohol policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory control and product requisition fulfillment.
  • Having full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
  • Service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.
  • Checking the guest's ID to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  • Observing guests to respond to any additional requests.
  • Ensuring suites have all necessary serving ware.
  • Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Meeting the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Ensuring that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
  • Recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.
  • All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.
