Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Premium Attendants to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Premium Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury area, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as suite runner preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare station and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
- Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
- Obtain signatures from the host on any charges incurred
