The Premium Area Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight across all events within their assigned area, ensuring consistent service standards, staffing execution, and guest experiences. This role serves as a key game-day leader, supporting suite and premium seating operations while coordinating multiple hospitality functions simultaneously. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, food and beverage service, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced event environment. The Premium Area Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the staff, including event captains/supervisors, to ensure event quality is top-notch.
