About The Position

HSB has a great opportunity on the Finance team for a Premium Accountant. In this position, you will perform general accounting functions associated with the Finance Department. You will provide assistance with the generation of monthly and quarterly reports to management and assistance with a variety of other reports and analysis. You will also meet tight deadlines and activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year’s of Accounting experience is required.
• Strong PC skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft nVision and query tools
• Organization skills
• Strong Time management skills
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Good analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• 3+ year’s of Accounting experience is desired
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP
• General accounting experience in insurance industry.
