This position is responsible for building full relationships with mass affluent clients through proactive outreach to an assigned book of business and referrals from bank partners. The role strengthens and manages existing relationships by providing financial advice and partnering with investment and insurance specialists for goals-based planning. It also provides guidance and fulfills loan and deposit needs, ensuring appropriate banking products and services align with customer financial goals. The position cultivates strong relationships with branch and business banking teams within a defined bank Area and/or specific market, as well as with mortgage, FCIS, and other sales partners to build and manage full financial relationships. This position can be filled as licensed or non-licensed and may be filled as a Premier Relationship Banker or a Senior Premier Relationship Banker based on the candidate's skills and experience.
