About The Position

The Premier Driver is responsible for upholding and projecting the company’s devotion to customer service experience. Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor. Uniforms and Truck will be provided. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, and to work in all kinds of weather while working independently with limited supervision. The driver will ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily, assist the manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations, interact with couriers, dispatchers, and the customer service team daily, and ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route.

Requirements

• A clean driving record (in the last 3 years: only 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents).
• Driving defense Certificate required; preferably no longer than 6 months old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers’ demands.
• An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills.
• Be able to work with a team.
• A proven track record of solving problems successfully.
• Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues as they arise, both on the road and with the customer with excellent personal presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Delivery driver experience in NYC, CT, NJ preferred.
