We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Premier Client Service Manager-MLO to lead our team in providing exceptional banking services to our high net worth clients. This role involves managing a team responsible for all routine banking servicing needs, including the opening and maintenance of depository services and other bank products.

Requirements

Requires a college degree and 4+ years experience in banking or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Advanced knowledge of banking, regulatory requirements, and capability to do the work of the group.
Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
Ability to lead a group.
Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the establishment of depository accounts, ancillary services, deposit transfers, and wire transfers.
Ensure staff performs basic service transactions such as address changes, check orders, ATM card issuance/activation, loan payments, account balance inquiries, and stop payments.
Monitor and review adherence to existing policies and procedures, consulting with staff, management, and compliance to recommend changes and approve exceptions.
Establish goals for cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client banking objectives are met.
Assist staff and other bank departments with researching client issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Responsible for staff and performance management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
