The main purpose of this job is to drive new customers and sales through proactive networking, effective relationship management, and referral generation with a strong focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. This role involves building and managing a prospect pipeline, expanding referral networks, identifying and closing new to bank relationships, and participating in sales calls with product partners.
