Responsibilities

• Efficiently open and manage personal checking, business checking, IRAs and certificates of deposit.
• Take and process installment lending applications for auto loans, unsecured personal loans, credit cards, recreational vehicle loans, and other recreational loans including motorcycles and boats.
• Conduct service calls with existing clients to review account performance, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with deposit and loan accounts.
• Identify and recommend tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs and financial goals.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines associated with account opening and lending.
