Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 3 years branch platform experience in Account Opening/Servicing/Closing
  • 2 years customer service in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar high-net-worth customer environment
  • Bank Core System experience, IBS Core Banking System preferred
  • Proficient use of a banking Platform system including setting up complex accounts and performing account maintenance
  • Strong understanding of legal business entities
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • The Premier Banker and their team provide relationship management in a customized and high-touch manner to our deposit driven clients to include relationships which are large and complex in nature, requiring a high level of personal attention and the utilization of a number of deposit-related services.
  • This position is responsible for working closely with customers to deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provides quality service to internal and external clients.
  • Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position.
