We’re looking for a Premier Accounts Manager – Professional Events Services (PES) to join our ever-evolving Greater Giving team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Requirements

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or event management
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with event technology or SaaS platforms preferred
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly during live events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly for a nonprofit organization, preferably in fundraising or development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead event planning and execution: Coordinate and manage onsite software support services for 200+ fundraising events annually, ensuring operational excellence and successful event outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted client partner: Act as the primary point of contact for premier nonprofit clients, providing proactive communication, consultation, and a high-touch service experience.
  • Support onsite event delivery: Attend select events (minimum 6-10), guide onsite coordinators, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with customer success, sales, product, and other internal teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage operations and administration: Oversee scheduling, agreements, invoicing, and event documentation while maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
