Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
Prior experience working with preschool or PreK-aged children in a classroom setting
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and early childhood curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for early education
Current or ability to obtain required PA state clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal)
CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and milestones
Incorporate play-based learning, social-emotional development, and early literacy activities
