About The Position
The Goddard School of Eldersburg is the premiere preschool in Eldersburg, MD. We are professional, agile, supportive and our goal is to provide a wonderful, kind experience not only for our children and their families but also for our faculty. The Goddard School in Eldersburg, MD is currently hiring teachers for our classrooms! Our ideal teachers will love and nurture our children while helping to build a foundation for early childhood development. Requirements
- Kindness and strong character

- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM – 6:00PM
- Eldersburg, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Eldersburg, MD 21784: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (not required, but preferred)
- 45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certificate or 90 Hour Preschool Certificate preferred.
- EEC Certification preferred (will work with you to get certified)
- Teaching: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1-3 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Providing positive guidance by supporting social and emotional development
- Establishing positive and productive relationships with families
- Ensuring a well-run program by developing lesson plans and building teamwork
- Understanding and implementing Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures
