About The Position

Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities. Demonstrate an understanding of modalities offered at each location and hours of operation. Modalities include Mammography, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds and more. Comfortability with communication between patients, clinical offices, and physicians. Knowledge of medical insurance and patient demographics preferred. This role has a Hybrid Schedule.

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner
• Knowledge of Radiologic modalities preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
