To provide intensive case management and group programming to refugee services clients per guidelines of the Preferred Communities, Ukrainian Initial Services, Refugee Entrant Program, and Afghan Supplemental assistance grants. (https://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr/programs/refugees/rph). The Case Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating group programming activities for our clients while also providing supervision and mentorship to interns within our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of counseling techniques, group dynamics, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
