Extraordinary Projects, Exceptional Performance DESCRIPTION: As a Prefabrication Facility Manager at Fisk Electric, you will have the responsibility for the overall supervisory and administrative management of Fisk Fabrication facility, providing direct leadership to Shop Personnel. Lead and oversee daily operations of the Fisk Fabrication facility, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe production. Supervise and provide direction to Shop Personnel, and Procurement teams. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve fabrication schedules and project slotting to meet delivery commitments. Monitor and manage departmental and facility budgets, including P&L performance and cost control initiatives. Read, interpret, and ensure construction aligns with engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements. Ensure full compliance with packaging standards established manufacturers. Ensure completion and accuracy of Inspection Reports for all fabrication projects. Supervise receipt and verification of materials against Purchase Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM), coordinating with Project Engineers, Buyers, to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between the fabrication facility and Executive Management. Prepare and deliver regular reports on production status, key performance metrics, and operational risks. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and resource optimization. Support workforce planning, staffing decisions, and performance management for facility teams
