The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading and managing the preconstruction team through all phases of bid preparation, prequalifications, proposal development, estimating coordination, document management and security, and customer submittals. This role oversees the workflow, processes, and personnel involved in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant bid packages and operations support for construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong operational leadership experience in construction and preconstruction services, understands estimating and bid processes, and is highly organized with expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems. This position does not require the individual to perform detailed estimating but does require a strong understanding of estimating workflows, proposal coordination, and preconstruction operations.
