Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pre-construction management, preferably in the utility grade battery storage, solar and substation sector
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing all pre-construction activities for battery storage, Solar and Substations projects.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers and project managers, to ensure that projects are thoroughly planned and prepared before handoff to internal execution teams.
  • Ensuring that all pre-construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company's quality standards and client requirements.

  • Stakeholder/client communication and reporting
  • Experience in Procurement and Contract Management
